The alarm went off earlier then she wanted. Living in the dorms sucked, but it was the price she paid to get what she needed. Control, for the last 3 years Spencer put her all into training with Richard and becoming the best she could be, and with the help of a friend, she even learned to control the Beast that once controlled her. But that is for a different time. Now Spencer lay in bed, long black hair lay straight yet messy across her pillows. "Time to get up Kitty Cat, the new girl is here today." She spoke softly before hopping out of bed. The femme fatale sauntered over to her bathroom, being a senior had its perks. Quickly removing her clothes she jumped into the shower, washing off the stress from the day before.

Once she was showered she got dressed, bundling up for the colder weather that was now on Gotham City. The feline reached for her phone, reaching out to Richard and Arthur, /You jack offs best be ready, AND DON'T FORGET TO BRING DAMIEN/ She sent the message and then left her room. "Quick pit stop to get coffee and we are out." She purred as she walked into the large dinning area.

There was something so wonderful about the school they were at. It was much like Wayne manor, but large enough for the 200 students that studied there. Spencer grabbed the coffee and made her way to the gates, hoping the boys would be there.

Arthur was doing laps in the pool on this fine chilly morning. He had been working hard to meet standards. Unlike Richard and Spencer, he had only been here for a year and hadn't found his partner, his teammate. The dark skinned male popped up from the water when he heard his phone go off. "Spencer..." he chuckled getting out of the water and drying off. He grabbed his phone and reached back out to Spencer, letting her know that he was on his way. Arthur and Spencer had become close friends over the last year, she was the right kind of spit fire that could handle some heathy bantering.

Hair went up in a bun as he pulled his sweater on and began to head towards the main gate. Deep Sea green eyes got a glimpse of that jet black hair with that long sliver spot that accented her face. "Whats up Kitty Cat!" He called out, walking up to her. Spencer Just handed him his coffee. "Thank you! New girl today huh?"

Large light grey eyes looked up as the car pulled up to the first gate of the school. Katarina sat up and pulled out her headphones lookin to see if she could see Spencer. The young female had meet Spencer a while back and asked her for help with her powers, and Spencer sent her here. After a years wait she was finally in, though she wasn't prepared to be set up with a partner already. "Who'ver it is, better stay out of my way." She hissed as the car pulled up to the main gate. Katarina got out of the car and grabbed her bag before she began the small walk up to the entrance, that's when she saw him, before anyone else. The Demons Head's Grandson, Damien. She was quick, almost to quick for Spencer. The young girl had grabbed a blade from her pocket and flicked it out, attacking Damien with what she could. They we equal in match.

The two assassins got caught in a dead lock, Damien blocking her jab with the knife at his neck. And she was holding him back from a jab to the ribs. Kat's hood flew back, her black to green hair was tucked in a half up half down, a scar on her eye revealed the face of Damien's attacker. "You're mine Demons Grandson." She hissed as she pushed more into him, trying her hardest to knock Damien back.

Lila stepped out of the library. A long night of studying spells, she had to get stronger. Jason and her and been partners for a year, and he was always saving her because she wasn't strong enough. She held her spell book close to her body as she began to make her way to the weight room, where all the boys liked to meet. She tossed her book into her bag and began pulling her hair up into a ponytail. She wanted to meet up with Jason before they went to morning training with the others.

Lila stepped over to Jason as he ran on the treadmill with Wally next to him. "Morning Boys, which one of you is my victim for movie night tonight? Its Friday so we have down time starting to night and I need a break from studying." She asked, looking between Jason and Wally.

Wally slowly came to a stop on the treadmill, knowing it was time to get ready. "Sorry Lila, I can't tonight I have plans." He said as he began walking towards the dressing room, leaving Lila and Jason together. He moved over to the showers and got in, taking a hot shower to relax his legs. He had been noticing that something was wrong, his legs just didn't feel right after a run anymore, which was cause for alarm, no one other then him knew though. And he planned to keep it that way, planned to anyway.

Once Wallace was done with his shower he got dressed and started to head for the Cafe where everyone liked to meet up before heading out to class, that and he really needed food. On his way there he saw the commotion at the main gate, causing him to race over there to offer any help he could.

Roy rolled his eyes as Lila walked in and asked if anyone wanted to join in on a movie night. A scoff left his lips as he placed his weights back. "Maybe instead of down time you and your partner should be working to get better." He growled. Roy never liked Jason for what he did in the past. Roy sure as hell didn't like that fact that Jason was even allowed in this school. The ginger haired male walked away, heading outside for a cold jog back to his dorm so he could shower and then meet up with Sophia.

/Each and every one of you will be partnered by the end of the year./ the words echoed through his head as he ran. He had been lucky enough to be partnered with Sophia, their skill level was on par with each other, making training a blast. As Royce walked into his apartment, he saw the picture of all of them together, his class. Sophia, Richard, Spencer, Arthur, himself and others. They came from a dark and twisted world, and now here they were, training to be the best. To replace those that abandoned them when they were needed most.

With a shake of the head Roy dismissed those thoughts and got ready for the day.

Richard Wayne // 17 and a senior // 5'10 blue eyes and black hair, fair skin / Co- CEO of Wayne Inc as soon as he turns 21 along with his twin sister Sophia Wayne, he plans on giving up title of CEO and letting Sophia have full control but has not made that public to anyone outside of the Wayne family // Left on the door step of Wayne Manor when they were a few weeks old, Dick is completely human, incredibly talented acrobatic and computer genius // Code name is Nightwing// Crime fighting partner is Spencer

Sophia Wayne // 17 and a senior // 5'7, blue eyes, long black curly hair, works out once a day and eats healthy, has an identical twin // Will be Co- CEO of Wayne Inc. as soon as she turns 21 // Left on the doorstep of Wayne Manor when they were only a few weeks old Bruce Wayne found out that they were biologically his children and brought them into his home and raised them. Sophia was born with unlimited magical ability due to her DNA being experimented on by Amanda Waller // Computer genius, trained in hand to hand combat and is a fair acrobatic no where near as good as her twin // Code named Nova // Crime fighting partner is Roy Harper

Damien Wayne // 15 and a sophomore // 5'4, blue eyes, black hair that is typical of the Wayne children // For the first ten years of Damien's life he was raised in the League of Assassins under the tutelage of the Demons Head aka his grandfather, his grandfather was killed when he was ten and his mother relinquished her parental rights to Bruce Wayne and Damien was accepted into the Wayne family // He was trained for ten years as an assassin and has great skill in hand to hand combat, weapons training most skilled with a sword, genius IQ and he is extremely sarcastic // Code named Robin // Currently no crime fighting partner

Jason Todd // 16 and a junior // 6'0 blue eyes, red hair that he dyes black // Criminal // Jason was found on the streets after attempting to steal the wheel off of the bat mobile, Batman caught him and took him to a school for disadvantaged boys which was also a front for criminal activity. Jason soon was brought into the Bat family // No current code name // Crime fighting partner is Lila

Cecile Blake // 16 and a junior // 5’1, long red hair usually in a braid, pale skin with emerald green eyes, small dusting of freckles across her nose, slim build but stronger then she looks, gun always strapped to a thigh holster no matter where she is, she is a criminal // Cecile grew up on the streets taking care of her druggie mother. She used to be best friends with Jason Todd and would help him steal parts off of cars until he went and became a big shot with the Wayne family // computer genius, trained in hand to hand combat and is working extremely hard to become an expert marksman // Code named Overwatch // Currently no crime fighting partner

Dani Reid // 15 and a sophomore // 5'4, has dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, pale skin due to her Atlantean heritage // Dani is Atlantean and has powers ranging from Hydrokinesis, Enhanced Durability, Toxin resistance, Underwater breathing and Electricity generation which she is working extremely hard to master, due to not being a master her tattoos around her arms and her back show all the time not just when she uses magic, Dani has no visible gills so she does not need to have a water bearer // no current code name // no current crime fighting partner

Dani Reid sat in the back seat of the town car as it took her far out of Gotham, she sat silently and watched the outside world fly by. Her teachers at the Conservatory of Sorcery had pushed her to come to this school, to train harder and faster then they were training her because the world had become a dark place. Because there wasn't people fighting back the darkness and that meant that people were getting closer and closer to invading Atlantis and that was something that needed to be avoided at all costs, it would be all out war if that happened. She sighed as she looked out at the dark grey sky. She could smell the water in the air that was about to fall. Being new was never something that she enjoyed, she clenched her hands and her tattoos moved across her skin like water flowing across a smooth surface.

A soft beeping was what awoke her, that and the sound of metal scrapping against metal. The red head opened her eyes and looked around her dorm room, Wayne was already gone for her morning work out so the room was silent and slightly cold. Cecile Blake sat up in bed and pushed her messy hair out of her face. 6:02 am a quick glance at the clock had her inwardly growing, the senior that she was rooming with until the new people got here was trying to kill her. It was official. She heard yelling but pushed it out of her head, it was just another day at the school. She went into the bathroom and quickly brushed her teeth, combed her hair and braided it and walked back out into the dorm room. She hunted around for a pair of skinny jeans and a top and her combat boots. While she dressed she thought about some of the information that she had found last night. The two new girls were picked as hopeful's for the two hardest people to partner up. Arthur and Damien. She scoffed at that a little, most that came here either had already come with a partner like the twins, or quickly met someone that they meshed so well with it just made sense, like her and Wally West. She smiled as she thought about the young speedster. She snapped on her watched while her stomach grumbled slightly. She grabbed her bag and headed out the door to go down and meet up with all the other students.

Jason was running ten miles when Lila walked into the gym, he flashed her a quick smile and then went back to focusing on his run, since his partner was now in the room though he kept one ear tuned into the conversation she was having. Which meant he heard Roy's sarcastic comment as she walked away. Anger churned in his gut, while he couldn't disagree with him, it was something that shouldn't have been said. He would take care of it later. He hit the stop button and slowed down to a brisk walk and then hopped off of the treadmill, he grabbed a sweat towel and his water and jogged over to her. "What movie sweet cheeks?" he asked as he got closer to Lila, a devilish grin on his face. He started gulping down water as he kept pace with her.

She lashed out at the holo program she was working with, she was deep in the streets of Gotham, hand to hand combat. This room was separate from the gym and only two people were allowed in at a time, there was a bigger holo room for when team projections needed to be run. But she worked out alone in the morning and always requested solo time. A strand of hair fell in her face as she pivoted around and got locked into a battle with a thug wearing a ski mask. A quick jab to the throat and a knee to the gut as he doubled over had that assailant falling to the ground, but other one jumped on her back and wrapped his arms around her neck. She grabbed and flung her body forward flipping him over her head. A beep sounded before she could continue and the holo- projection ended. She was breathing heavy and sweat glistened her body. Sophia Wayne looked around the room and knew that her time was up, which meant that it was 6:15 am and she had been working out for over two hours. This was how she worked out her anger at being abandoned, at being left alone to deal with a world that was in chaos. She left the room and heard yelling even from inside the gym. She reached out with her power and felt Damien at the center of it. "Shit." at this she took off a quick run, she hit the outside air and felt the cool air of fall, and felt the dampness in the air. She headed straight to where the students where gathering around. She pushed her way through and watched her younger brother locked in a battle with the new student. She glanced around the crowd and saw Spencer, Arthur and Richard came up behind the two. She rolled her eyes as she gestured at their brother. This is insane. she reached out to Richard along their mental connection and she watched him grin quickly. God. She rolled her eyes again. Men. She waited and watched, her powers were already crackling around her to split the two apart, but she waited to see how Damien was going to respond.

Richard Wayne walked about behind his partner and his girlfriend while they stood on the steps watching Damien and the new girl. Of course Damien had a hidden knife, he shook his head as he watched the fight start. His blue eyes held laughter as he put an arm around Spencer, "Morning baby. Your pick huh?" he asked as he nodded his head towards the girl with the knife at Damien's throat. He felt Sophia join the crowd gathering to watch and heard her comment and he laughed as he felt her eyes roll. She was far to serious lately, she needed to loosen up, but Richard understood why she didn't. She had taken over the head of the Wayne family when Bruce disappeared and left them with no word. And that meant trying to control Damien and Jason and she was still only a kid herself, dealing with powers beyond anyone's idea or control. He was thankful that she had taken on so much because that gave him time to focus on his partnership with Spencer, but he knew that her partnership with Roy was taking some beatings.

The attack came from no where, but he was prepared, he was always prepared. He spun around and blocked the girls attempt at his neck with the short blade, he flicked his wrist and his own knife came out of his hidden sheath straight for her ribs, she quickly blocked it and held him there. "You're mine Demons Grandson." he flashed a devilish grin, "Only if you ask nicely beautiful." his foot swept out and slipped around hers knocking them out from under her. He moved quickly into his next attack when he felt his sisters power lash out. Putting a crackling shield between himself and his attacker. "Oh come on! How is that even fair?!" he threw out his arms and turned and looked at the young woman with black hair pulled into a pony tail and blue eyes flashing with annoyance and amusement. His just flashed with anger at being denied a chance of retribution.

Leaving us broken……

And unrecognizable.

His comment only pissed Kat off more. Then she felt it, her whole body hit the ground, hard. The bruise that covered her side hurt worse now, but it wouldn't stop her. She was his target, and the female would have his head. She felt the magic hold her back, but saw a whole it in. She had to act fast or she wouldn't be able to do it. She grabbed her knife again and stood quickly, managing to grab Damien as he had his back to her. She slammed him on his back, pinning him down, going to bring the knife through his throat, only to be stopped last minute. A tight gripped laced around her wrist, ripping her back dragging her off Damien. She hissed loudly "Better pray to your God Damien, I will get my revenge!" She growled at him before looking at the heeled boots that now stood before her.

Katarina looked up and saw Spencer standing before her, Spencer's whip wrapped around her wrist holding her down.

Spencer chuckled as she looked at Richard and nodded her head, handing him both her coffee and his. "This is gonna be fun. Those two working together." She whispered back to him. Thats when she saw Katarina try again. Her whip was out quickly, stopping the female and bringing her away from the other male. "Enough Katarina, Damien is your partner, and you will work as such." Her voice and shifted and was blending with the Beast, causing Kat to lower her head and nod gently. Spencer moved over to the girl and lifted her chin a bit. "Things work differently here. Its just us, remember we are the heroes, not the villains." Spencer paused and looked between Damien, Sophia and Kat.

"Damien, take your new partner and show her to her room." She said looking at the two. It was her final year, along with some of the others, and soon enough she would be one of the teachers, and then Dean of the school, so now was the time to step up, she had to make hard and fast choices. She stepped back over to Richard as she watched Kat walk off, flipping her hair at Damien as she grabbed her bags. "Those two are going to be the death of me." She laughed softly to Richard. "Whats the plans for tonight since its our weekend?" She asked as she looked at him with a smile, grabbing her coffee before she looked to Sophia.

Roy walked over to the group, moving over to Sophia, "Morning." He spoke softly, handing her a coffee. There was a lot of tention between them right now. They had been distance for a few weeks, with Roy dealing with personal stuff and Sophia dealing with business stuff. School was really the only time they got together. "Are you free this weekend?" He asked her finally after things relaxed a bit. The male was waiting for her to say she was busy so he could walk off and get to training. He was annoyed, a partnerless partnership, is what he called it.

Royce tried not to be mad, he really did. But over the summer he noticed that he was alone, Sophia had a whole company and two people to look over by herself. He wasn't mad at her, gods no, she could never do anything wrong, he was pissed at the League, leaving them by theirselves to handle all of this.

Arthur was caught up in the moment, watching as the new girl attacked Damien, but that all lost his interest when he felt her with in range. The male stepped away from the group, following his instincts to where she was. And soon enough he saw her, he watched as the car pulled up with her in it. He glanced back when he heard Spencer speak, turning back to the group, eyes landing on Roy and Sophia, who had joined the group. /Who is she? He thought as he watched the commotion, eyes glancing back to see if she was walking over, he wanted to say hi.[/font

Lila looked down at her feet when Roy made that comment as he was walking away. She checked out for a moment, not realizing that Jason was standing in front of her talking to her. It wasn’t until she heard Sweet cheeks roll off his lips, when she lifted her head and looked at him. Her cheeks got red and she turned away from him quickly, digging through her bag for the movies she had grabbed, “Ummmmm, I don’t know, something spooky?” She said shyly. The truth was, to her, Jason was more than her partner, he was her best friend, really the only friend she had at this school. The dark haired female had always been the outcast, now she was happy where she was, just him and her.

But Roy was right, she needed to get stronger. She was just scared. /Lila you are nephilim, you are half devil and half angel. There is a darkness that hides in you, be careful and train your self to control it./ Constantine’s words echoed through her head. Lila stood quickly, turning to face Jason, holding three movies. “Action, Horror orrrrrr Comedy?” She asked holding three movies in her hands. Soft eyes looked up at him, one a steel blue, the other a forest green.

After Wally was finished with his morning routine he race over to CeCe’s room, and was there in a brief moment. The orangey red haired male knocked on the door just loud enough for her to hear before he lent against the wall next to it. This was their thing. Wally pick CeCe up in the morning and CeCe helped him prepare for the day. Today was an exciting day though, there was going to be new people. New people always made it fun. And word was already going around.

He looked down at his phone, watching the video of his friends working with the new girl that attacked Damien. She was a good match for him, might humble him a bit. Things had changed when the League left them. His old friends were now in a different world, had to be the ones to step up, yet here he was, left sidelined. Though he didn’t mind that now, he had CeCe and Lila and Jason, they were what he needed.

The car passed through the old gates and she looked up the massive mansion, there were a few other newer buildings that were scattered around to handle the students training and the faculty, but most of it was centered in the old Victorian mansion that had been donated from the Wayne Family. The driver pulled around the circular driveway and stopped right in front of the steps leading into the building. She pulled out a twenty and handed it to the silent man and grabbed her bag, she opened the door and stepped out, her black boot hit the gravel drive way with a satisfying crunch. She stood up, her long dark brown hair fell in soft curls around her shoulders, her skin was a soft pale white, her lips where full and a soft pink, she was wearing black skinny jeans that hugged all the right places, a purple tank top, paired with knee high black boots. She looked up at the dark grey sky as the first drop of water fell, it landed on her cheek and she closed her eyes as the car behind her pulled away.
She could feel him, had felt him the second she got within ten miles of the school, it had grown stronger as she got closer. Her tattoo's moved along her pale skin as she thought about it, Arthur, her king. God this was going to be fun. She had only met him one time in Atlantis. One time, and it was burned deep into her memories. She opened her eyes and looked at the large gathering of students. She quickly scanned the crowd and passing over Arthur, everyone was dressed expect for one, she stood in tennies, yoga pants that ended below the knee and a sports bra, and power crackled around her. Two others were attempting to kill each other. She rolled her eyes and then continued up the steps, so much for working together.

CeCe had opened the door right when Wally West went to knock, "Hey stranger..." she offered him a brilliant smile as she shut the door behind her, he looked downcast today. Something was off with him. "Interesting piece of news I uncovered last night while possibly hacking into the school's systems. Did you know, we were only told about one new student but we are in fact getting two? And the second was is an Atlantean? And a potential for Arthur. Seems a little fishy to me that we were only told about one and not the other." she locked her arm into his and they started walking down the empty hallway.

Jason put the towel around his neck as he studied the movies, "Let's decided after classes today- we have a simulation run again Sophia and Roy and I'd love to break their winning streak." he offered a grin as they started to walk outside. The rain was falling hard now. "Shit-" he looked over to the parked cars and winced as he saw his motorcycle sitting out, he had gotten back late last night and didn't actually pull into the garage. He shrugged it away and noticed the group of people standing around Damien and the new girl. "Looks like some fun just happened."

Richard smiled at Spencer as she walked back to him, "I'm free all weekend, I turned some Wayne work down so I could have a weekend, so did Damien..." he paused as he thought about that, it meant all the work that needed to be down for the family company just got dumped right back down onto Sophia who had tried to get the two boys to do some work but not mentioning why. He mentally kicked himself and added it onto the list of things he needed to make up to his twin. "Movie tonight in the great room?" he asked as he moved away from that topic. Rain was falling around them and he started to walk towards the food court.

Sophia mentally beat herself up for not just using her powers to just throw the two up into the air as she had done a few times to Damien. She just shook her head and turned to Roy giving him a tired smile, "I'm free-ish this weekend, Wyane Inc. needs someone to look over some new development properties and do the press run and Richard and Damien have opted out as per normal." she took the coffee he offered, "I have tonight free if you want to do a movie?" she reached up and touched his face softly, "I do miss you, and I know I've been distant lately but I have a lot going on." the rain fell onto her bare skin and she threw up her hand casting a dome over the two of them, the rain slid off the invisible shield but didn't touch the two of them. "We also have two simulation runs today, once against Todd and Lila and then another one against Arthur and who every he chooses to run it with.'' Since Arthur wasn't partnered with anyone he had free reign to pick anyone to run simulations with. She looked down at her watch as it beeped again, "I need to shower and change, I'll be back in a few minutes." she took off at a quick jog leaving the umbrealla shield up around Roy so he didn't get soaked. When she passed the new girl, she stopped and looked at her, "I like you, you have spunk. But I do swear to all the gods you could worship, try and kill my brother again I'll make your life living hell. See you in class." with that she kept up on a jog, she saw someone else new going up the stairs to the main building. She heard Arthur's thought and reached out to him mentally, You should know King- she's your subject.

Damien got up from the ground as the rain fell around them all and he heard Spencer's comment about them being partners, "You know the rules as well as I do Spencer, we have to choose a partner, not have one forced onto us. And I have a year to do that." he spat out at her. He swept back his wet hair and looked down at the girl named Katarina, "Someone else can show the spawn her room." he followed after Sophia, "I don't need you to protect me!" he yelled after his running sister. And then he felt her voice in his head, Someone has to- "Yeah...myself," he mumbled to himself as he walked up to the main steps and into the mansion. He bumped into someone he had never seen before with moving tattoos, "Sorry, don't stop in the middle of a doorway." he grumbled. "Damien Wayne-" he stuck out his hand to her.

It was subtle, a movement that only Sophia would catch. As her fingers touched his skin he ever so faintly pulled away from her. He didn't mean to but he did. Sad eyes looked up at her, "Yeah a movie sounds fine." He said before looking up at the sky as it began to rain. Things had been hard, everyone felt it. Sophia and him were suppose to be number one, but he felt more like the last one to cross the finish line. He gave her a smile and nod as she ran off to get ready today. Roy on the other hand went to the Training yard, ready to let off some steam.

"Are you sure?" Spencer asked Richard as she walked next to him. "I have a few things I need to do for the school, so we can rain check if you need." She smiled at him before glancing back to Roy who went the other way. Always so dark and twisty with the team since the League left. But there was no point things had changed, that was it.

Arthur chuckled when he heard Sophia's voice grace his thoughts. He just shook his head and made his way towards the girl. He wanted to see her again, something told him she was familiar, but he couldn't place it. The male paused as he turned a corner and saw Dani with Damien, he didn't want to interrupt so he paused and waited for her to be alone

Lila nodded softly as she looked at Jason and followed him out. The female looked back at his bike, casting a small spell to protect it from the rain before she pulled out her umbrella and covered the two of them. "Sorry I'm not super strong." She finally spoke, looking up at him as they walked to the food court. Her eyes looked down at her feet, on hand holding the umbrella and the other holding her spell book. "I'm down to train this weekend if you want." she said with a smile as she finally looked up at him.

Wally laughed slightly as the door opened up. "Morning CeCe, did you get any sleep or were you up hacking your way out of a paper bag?" He teased as they began to walk down the hall. He looked over at her as she talked about the new girls. "An Atlantean?" He asked with a bit of a shine to his words. This was going to be interesting, "I wonder what she's like, I mean other then Fiesty." He chuckled.

Katarina scoffed at Sophia's words as she walked up the main stairs to the top. She had searched this place before she showed up, meaning she knew where she was going. Kat slung her bag over her shoulder as she walked, wincing from the pain, but quickly hid it as she began to walk up the steps. As she rounded the corner she saw Roy, who paused for a moment before walking over to help her. "Bold of you to attack Damien like that, especially in front of his sister." Roy spoke as he walked with her.

Kat chuckled, looking up at the male. "You are all trapped in side his web, The Demons head's Grandson doesn't care about any of you, you'll figure it out soon enough." She said with a bit of a growl, shaking her hair out of her face showing her scar. Trouble was coming to this beautiful school, and it would reveal who they all really were.

Dani lurched forward when the young man bumped into her and then introduced himself. Damien Wayne. Go figure. she took a deep breath and then spoke softly, "Dani Reid." she took his hand in hers and gave a brief handshake. And then she felt him enter the building and her whole body stiffened. Protocol demands I bow. Screw me sideways. "Excuse me..." she gave a quick nod and then turned and looked right at Arthur who was standing in the shadows and then bowed from the waist until the top of her body was ninety degrees from her bottom half, "My king-" her hair fell forward as she bowed and she resisted the urge to look at him as she straightened again. "Dani Reid." she spoke again this time slightly louder. Her hands were now clasped behind her back and she stood straight as a pillar. Screw protocol. she thought to herself.

"Hacking away of course. How do you think I even got into this school for the gifted if I didn't do a little hacking." she laughed a full, bright laugh as she moved her fingers in the air like she was typing on a keyboard. "I don't really know what she'll be like, her file was really empty all it had was her name. Even the listing of her powers was blank. Which is rare. Even Sophia's has a description and no one, least of all Sophia, knows how far her powers go. Lila's is the most accurate but that's because it came from Constantine and he and her worked together before he sent her here. But the Anlantean's is blank, which is either how it's supposed to be or it's just part of how Atlantis keeps their secrets. Which is where I lean to." she laughed again, "Come one the only people who even seen Atlantis aren't even on this planet anymore and are MIA. Coincidence I think NOT," since she didn't have any relation to the Justice League Members that were missing she was always the one to make jokes about why they did disappear but so far no one knew, least of all her, and she had hacked and searched for so long for any clue to give her friends.


Jason looked down at his partner and threw his arm around her, "Don't worry about it love, you don't need to be strong, you just need to be smart." he swung her around in a circle and laughed, "Lets just get through the simulation with the golden team and then think about practicing this weekend. I'd rather relax with everyone then worry about protecting the world in the absence of..." he stopped as his heart sank, it was still hard to think about the one person that had ever cared about him being gone. Had believed in him when no one else had. Had given him his family. He shook it off, and put the smile back on his face. "Come on love, it's Friday. It's gonna be a good day I can feel it."

For the first time in a long while Jason Todd was going to be wrong, today was not going to be a good day he just didn't know it yet. Before the clock struck midnight their whole world was going to change, and there was nothing that anyone could do about it.

"No baby- we need to remember to live a little, we aren't the protectors and CEO's just yet. Lets just live." he grabbed her and gave her a swift kiss, "And we got to remind my twin to do the same thing." he spun her around as they walked into the main building heading for their first class of the day.

She had seen him flinch away and while it made her gut drop, it also made her anger grow. She was trying, damn it. She was juggling so much and she was still trying to make it work with the two of them. And instead of helping her and supporting her, and understanding her. He made her struggle even more. He made her doubt them, and that was something that in their line of work would be dangerous. She was thinking so intently she didn't notice Conner walking down the hallway and she ran full force into him. She flew back onto her ass and when she looked at him he was still standing like nothing had even happened and that just made her laugh, laugh and then cry. Her whole world was changed and no one, least of all her family and her partner knew. Or they knew and just didn't care that she was now taking over Bruce Wayne's shoes. The hard wrenching sobs hit her harder then she thought possible. She buried her head in her hands and let it out.

Damien snorted when he saw her bow, "King huh? Do we all need to start bowing down to you Fish Boy?" he shook his head and then pressed his shoulder into Dani's body, "Baby here he's no king, he's just a student. Outside these grounds then yeah Fish Boy is a king, but inside them?" he flicked his wrist to motion Arthur out of the shadows.

Arthur exhaled when he heard her say king, and then Damien's comments. "Don't call me fish boy," He said sternly to Damien before he looked to Dani. The dark skinned male made his way towards them, "And you can relax Dani, Damien has a point, around here I'm just a regular student. No need to call me king." Arthur gave her a bright smile as he stood in front of them. That's when he heard the chuckle that echoed behind them.

His eyes looked up to see Roy and the new girl standing behind them. "So does that mean you're a hero here and a murderer out there, Damien Wayne?" Kat purred out as she stood behind him, arms crossed over her chest. She wasn't going to attack him. No, she had a better plan. Arthur looked between Damien and Kat, an eyebrow raised, before he looked back to Dani, seeing how tight she was standing. "You can relax around me. Screw protocol, and have some fun." He gave her a toothy grin before he turned and began to walk off. "Going to the pool if anyone wants to join me." He called.

Spencer chuckled softly, "We do need to have some fun..." She paused as she was spun around, laughing a bit. "I have an idea. How about we throw a campus party." There is was. The old Spencer, the one that wanted to party and have fun. Who never had bad days cause every day was a party. Today seemed like a great day. Oh how wrong they all would be.

Wally just laughed and shook his head. CeCe was great. She was what kept him going. The two had met at just the right time, right when he saw that most of his team already had their partner. But he was left in the dark, then one night while super drunk, the male found CeCe, some one who made him enjoy being able to pick who is partner was. The two were now joined at the hip. "You and your theories." He laughed as they walked, kind of ignoring her comment about the league.

Conor looked down at the person he had ran into, or ran into him. His eyes widened as he saw Sophia start crying. "Hey, Sophia whats wrong?" he asked as he knelt down to her level, reaching out and putting a hand on her shoulder, trying to look at her. So much had changed in the last few years. They had grow apart as friends, Conor had moved on to a new partner, someone who matched his brute personality. But that didn't mean he didn't care about Sophia.

Lila laughed as she was picked up and spun around. Once she was set down she looked up at Jason, seeing the pain darken his eyes. Her hand reached out to touch his face. "Hey, don't think about that." She spoke softly. Once their skin touched something went off. Her eyes flashed black, a bad feeling filled her body as she saw it. Jason laying in a pool of blood, her hands stained red, and a laughter so chilling it haunted her to the bone. Lila pulled her hand back, moving it to take his hand in her's pulling him along as they raced to get out of the rain. Once they were in side she laughed again. "How do you feel about flying, I learned a new spell last night." She asked him, shaking her head to kick off the extra water.

Dani looked at the young woman that had joined the group and felt her anger floating off of her in waves, she then glanced back at Arthur, "He is my King always- respect must be shown. I would like to accompany you to the pool if I may?" had they been out in the real world as they called it, she would have been a part of his guard. That was why she was being pushed so hard to train, to become more. The King needed someone to stand by him, as protection and to show the world the might of Atlantis.
Damian-- "Murderer?" he scoffed at the young woman, "Murder in itself is a relative concept. Some may say I was doing the world a service, killing the men and woman that society was to scared to take care of." he knew what she was trying to do, but the thing that amazed him was that the team, his family, accepted him and trusted that he had their back and wouldn't cross the line that they drew firmly in the sand. He didn't spare Dani a glance as she spoke again, "Respect for Fish Boy? Pfft. He hasn't earned it just yet." he teased as he started to move away from the two new girls.

Flying? his stomach dropped a bit, it wasn't that she was bad at magic, but sometimes when she learned a new spell...it didn't always go the right way. And going into the sky? His stomach sunk just a little more as he spoke, "Anytime baby cakes, any time." he was never going to tell her no, and that made his stomach drop even more.

A party? the side that was more in touch with Sophia knew that this wasn't going to be a good idea, but the part of him that won out was the reckless one, the fun one. "Sounds like a kick ass idea baby." he pulled her close again as they walked past Arthur, the new girl, Damien and another new girl? He stopped and looked at the ridged Dani as she spoke about Arthur. "Holy shit. No way." and then he heard Damien speak to Kat, "What did the little shit do to her?" he asked Spencer softly. While he held love for Damien he knew it was a struggle sometimes between his past life and the one that he had been thrust into. But he would always have his back. Family.

Sophia looked through tear filled blue eyes and found her first partner staring at her so intently. They had drifted apart, Conner thought that it was due to his brute personality, but in reality it was because Sophia had crossed a line when she thought that he was in danger, and had almost killed someone with her magic. It was a secret that only one other person knew about and he had been the one to help her and Conner find new partners. "Everything and yet nothing." she shook her head as she cleaned away her tears and then looked at him again. "I'm sorry, for everything that you've had to deal with alone. It's a horrible experience doing things alone." she pushed herself up and away from Conner and made her way down to her room. She quickly went in and shut the door, sliding back down to the floor as it closed softly behind her.

Arthur looked down at Dani and smiled again, "I'd like that." He said as he walked with her towards the pool. He gave Spencer and Dick a quick wave as they passed by. "So how long have you been here in Gotham?" He asked as he looked at her. He wanted the small talk, missed it almost. Around here people stuck to their partners, and since he didn't have one he spent a lot of time by himself and training. But maybe that would all change now that Dani was here. The two soon approached the pool, Arthur was quick to change coming back out and waiting for Dani to return from the locker room.

Roy exhaled when he was Richard and Spencer appeared. He moved away from the group, heading towards Sophia's room. The redhead stopped by his room, grabbing what he needed before moving towards Sophia's room. Roy took it the hardest, when Oliver and the others left. He and Oliver had gotten really close, he was beginning to feel like an equal and like he was a part of something, not just a side kick. And before you knew it he was alone. Everyone drifted away, and soon enough so did he and Sophia. The male stood in front of her door, six dozen roses in his hand.

Roy knocked on her door. "Sophia, its me." He said gently, as he stood there waiting for her to open the door. He knew he looked like a dumbass and soooo out of character, but he had a speech ready. He needed Sophia, much like she needed him, and this was his plan to win her favor again.

Spencer sighed deeply at Richards question, "I'll explain later. Its a very long story... I just know if they get pass their struggles and differences they could be really good for each other." Spencer paused as she looked at Damien, "Damien, you and Katarina have sparring with Canary in 10 minutes." Spencer said as she looked at the two that stood before her. Spencer was the acting Dean of the school, all while being a student. That was the "luxury" Spencer, Richard, Sophia and Arthur had. They all had companies, or titles that they had to up hold. Spencer has Kyle Inc and the school, Sophia and Richard are Wayne's, and Arthur now had a kingdom that he is fully responsible.

"No arguing this time please. Get to know each other, you two only have until the end of the year to find a partner." She said before walking off to answer her phone.

Kat growled and followed after Damien. Stopping suddenly when she saw Spencer and Richard. She stood there quietly and listened to Spencer speak, a deep exhale leaving her body. "Yes ma'm" She said with a slight growl. Spencer had earned Katarina's respect, she knew the female wouldn't stand up to her to much. Kat exhaled again before she looked up at Damien. "Better bring your A game, sparring is my favorite pass time"

Lila laughed softly as she looked at Jason a faint smile on her lips. "Why are you so good to me Jay?" She asked as she pulled her bag off of her shoulder. They were finally in the training building, which meant they could change out of their wet clothes. Her long ponytail now hung super low from the water.

As she followed behind Arthur she took a moment to fully appreciate his assets, and she was not disappointed. She could feel her skin heat at the thought that she found him attractive, but damn did that man have an ass and a body that just... She shook her head focusing on the task that was at hand. Answering his question. "I came out today. I didn't want to leave my studies, but it was explained that it was needed that I was here on the surface with you." she spoke softly as they walked towards the pool, they branched off, him going to the mens locker room and her going to the women's. She founds suits hanging already for each student and pulled out her bag and got her own suit out. A black two piece that hugged her body in all the right ways, had she been at home her attire would be more appropriate to be in front of the King, but here she was forced to conform to their standards. She slipped into the suit quickly, her tattoos moving across her skin like water.

"I dunno- I ask myself that question a lot." he teased as he slipped out of his jacket and then went to the locker room, he quickly changed and then sat down looking down at the floor. He was preparing himself for the simulation run against Sophia and Roy- they were a partnership even when they were struggling, and while the others didn't know how badly they where strained, he did. She confided in him when they ran a few missions when they had been in Gotham for business needs. It was amazing to see them work so well when they weren't on good terms. He and Lila where on good terms, but when it came to running simulations they hadn't fully gotten everything down. And he was struggling with knowing that it was partly his fault that they were not fully connecting. He had the Bat Family, as they liked to call it, and he gave everything to them and when Bruce left he had decided that he wasn't going to commit to someone as much as he committed to the family, and then he met Lila and god he was trying so hard to overcome that.

Dick looked at Spencer and saw a lot of Selena in her, and the bossiness that just naturally oozed out of both her and Sophia, they took control of so many things and they made it look seamless and he knew that it really wasn't. He had the luxury of not really being a full part of the company because Sophia handled everything. And when it came to missions and simulations though, that was where he had command. He enjoyed that, he didn't when it was first put upon him to be in charge after the League left, but he found that he really did excel in that position and he handled it with ease. Spencer walked away and Dick looked at Damien. "Ten bucks says you can't get the new girl on her back again." he gave a wink and swaggered after Spencer.

She heard the knocking at the door and she pulled her powers and her rage and sadness in quickly. She did a quick glamor so that when she opened the door she didn't show that she had been crying. She was doing that a lot lately, glamoring her appearance to hide the fact that she wasn't sleeping, or that she was crying or that she had been losing weight due to the stress of running Wayne's Inc, and missions and keeping track of everyone's training courses and completing her own. She threw open the door and saw Roy standing there...with flowers. "Ahh. I wasn't..." she trailed off not really knowing what to say. He had just flinched away from her, made her feel like she wasn't worth his time. And she was struggling knowing that he knew he was putting the distance between them and that he didn't care that she knew about it. Perks of being a mind reader.

[color=#003366] He looked at Kat and paused as he heard Dick's bet, "I will be putting you on your back again, bet your pretty little ass. And I'm going to do it just because my Dick of a brother bet me ten dollars, and I'm not one to lose money. So shake a leg I'll see you on the mats babe." he blew her a kiss with a shit eating grin on his face as he turned and walked away from her to go to the training gym.[/colo]

Roy looked at Sophia, taking her in. He exhaled deeply, pushing the roses towards her before scratching the back of his head. “I’m sorry I’m such an ass.” He said softly as he looked at her. Roy had never loved someone like he loved Sophia, but he had been a totally ass to her lately and now he knew he had gone too far. The male looked down at Sophia, “Like I know I have no excuse, so like I’m sorry for being an ass, please don’t be mad at me.” Hello the real Royce Harper here, back at it again with that puppy face. Roy could tell things weren’t going go with Sophia. “What’s going on Love, and don’t hide the truth from me. I can tell something is bothering you.” He spoke softly, leaning against her door frame for a moment. Roy knew that they had training, but for the most part, they needed to take care of themselves at the same time, and that just wasn’t something any of them had done in a while.

Arthur looked back at her as she spoke, “Oh, sorry to hear that. I told them that they didn’t have to send someone to the surface.” He said before they went separate ways for a moment. Arthur went into the locker room and changed back into his swim trunks. As he walked back out, he flipped his hair over his shoulder giving Dani a cheeky grin. “You look nice.” He said softly before he looked to the water, diving into the pool. Once he popped up he looked to her, shaking the water from his face. The pool was huge, large enough for the two of them to really swim. “So did they tell you how the school works?” He asked.

Lila looked at him, her face kinda blank, she couldn’t really tell if he was joking or not. She just gave a faint laugh and shook it off. The brunette walked into the locker rooms and tucked her bag away. She pulled her spell book out and looked at the pages, words left her lips so faintly. Lila was always nervous to battle against anyone, she knew how badly she could hurt someone else. She closed her book and turned around, taking a deep breath. Her hands crossed over her chest, and with a flick of her hands in a X over her body she was changed, Little magic like that she had full control over, battle magic was another thing. Her mind shifted to what Jay had said, were they really even good partners… She shook that thought from her brain. She had to focus on the goal at hand, and that was beating the Roy and Sophia. The Brunette walked out of the locker rooms, in her shorts and tank top with black shoes.

Spencer hear Richards comment and shook her head at him as she hung up the phone. “You are not helping.” She laughed as she held her hand out for him to take. Spencer went to texting with one hand, setting up stuff for the party that they were gonna throw in a few hours. Spencer tossed her walls up, blocking Sophia from her mind. The school and its students needed a last. While it had been cold in the Morning, it would soon warm up as the Summer time came to an end. A smile filled her lips as she turned to Richard, biting her bottom lip before smirking at him. Spencer did that a lot lately, just smiled and didn’t let anything bother her.

”Whatever helps you sleep at night.” Katarina scoffed at Damian as she walked away from the whole exchange. She hissed at him as he blew her a kiss. “Eat it..” She mumbled under her breath before she stepped in the locker room getting ready to go to training. She slipped into her shorts and a Tank, fixing the bandages that were wrapped around her arm and let leg. She could still hear his voice echo in her ear. /Do no fail me now./ She looked down to her right leg, seeing the large dragon tattoo that wrapped from her ankle to her hip. Time to show who she really was. Katarina stepped out on the the mats, introducing herself to Canary as they waited for Damian.

Dani looked at Arthur as he dived into the pool, she touched the water that was in the pool and feeling the slight chill that rain brought she felt more at home. "Yes. And I assume that their plan, since you have yet to find a partner in three years," with this she gave him a long pointed look, "is for me to step into that role if we find it compatible." she dove into the water letting it surround her. For the first time since stepping onto the surface she took a full breath and felt tension ease out of her, she surfaced behind Aurthur. "I'm going to do laps." and with that she cut conversation.

Cece downed an apple quickly as she walked into the training gym. Wally and her weren't up for a sim today but that depended on how the other teams did. But she still had hand to hand combat training and endurance training. Wally was working simulations that the Flash had put together for him to work on prior to them all disappearing so she knew she wouldn't be working with him a lot today due to the fact that Barry Allen had made these so in depth to make sure that Wally was getting trained correctly.

Jason walked out in his simulation suit. It was a grey- stretchy material that breathed easily. He went to warm up because he saw that Sophia and Roy wheren't in the gym yet. He went over to Lila and gave her a smile, "I was teasing you. I know sometimes you don't get my humor but I was teasing and I didn't mean anything by what I said. Promise."

"Not my job to help the situation. I'll step in when needed but they both need to learn and work together, otherwise it's pointless. If they can't overcome their differences then they can't work with the rest of us and that puts us at risk." he gave a small shrug and then moved on. "Are you going to watch the Simulation between Lila and Sophia?" he raised his brows as he asked, "You know the last time Lila's powers went of control when she was doing a simulation against Arthur and..." he trailed off trying to think of who Arthur had chosen to run the simulation against. He couldn't pull the name out of his head, "I know we have our own to run against Arthur and at this point the new Atlantean but that's the last sim of the day. So we can either watch theirs or go get stuff for your idea?"

"I'm fine." she brushed him off but did reach out and touch his face, "We can talk tonight, it's Friday and we only have the one simulation today. Maybe we can go into town and just have some time for us."

He heard her say bite me before he left, and he turned around and gave her one last smirk, "Anytime baby. Anytime."
He quickly changed and when he came back out into the gym he saw her already talking to Black Canary. She looked good, in fine shape, and he could tell she had been trained hard. Her body moved like his did, always ready for an attack, and always tensed up. That was curious. He tucked that information away to ponder on later. "Hey sweet stuff- you ready to go?"

Roy leaned into Sophia's touch, placing his hand on hers. "I'd like that a lot. Lets grab lunch, just you and I." He said before pulling away from her to let her out of her room. "In the mean time, I believe it is time to kick some butt." He said with a chuckle. He walked with Sophia down to the training area, he knew something was bothering her, but he also knew not to press it. Soon enough they would be alone and he could talk to her about it than. As for now they had school work to do, and that was what was the most important at the time.

Spencer just laughed softly after his comments. "We can go watch, I have everything already arranged for the party tonight, we or myself, just needs to run into town for one thing before our sim today." She said with a soft smile before she tucked her phone away and looked back at her lover. There he was, Bruce, laced deep with in Richard, "While you have a point, pinning them against each other wont help." She chuckled as she looked at him. The two walked to the Gallery of the Sim room, seeing Lila and Jason already there. Spencer turned on the intercom, "Remember you two, this one isn't graded, so do your best!" She said with a call before she sat back to watch them.

Dani had a point to her words, Arthur had been here for three years, and if it wasn't because he held some rank between the league, he would have been kicked from the school long ago. He watched as she began to do laps, and a thought came to his mind. Soon enough he would challenge her to a fight and see if she could truly hold her own. For now though he wanted to relax and just enjoy the fact that she was around him. Arthur exhaled deeply, dipping under the water there were many times like this where he just wanted to sit under the water, to be left alone and not have to deal with everything around him. That was the one down side of being a King, he always had people around him to talk to or to rule over. For now he just wanted to be in the quiet.

Lila (Junior)
"I know." Lila's words were soft as she responded to Jason. The dark haired female looked up at him with mismatched eyes from her sitting position. She was stretching before they battled, running spells through her mind that she had been working on. The female stood, long legs accented her shorts and bottom perfectly for her body type. She clapped her hands together softly. "Do you want to try flying before they get here?" She asked softly her right hand moving to the necklace that sat on her neck. It was John's old cross. While the witch had been raised in a coven she was still a product of John's training. And the few religions she liked she held close to her. Being part angel and part Devil made her hold the cross close to her heart. Her eyes looked up to Spencer and Richard as she heard Spencer's voice ring in through the Intercom.

Wally was suppose to be training. That is what he told Cece and the others, but it was a lie. He had gone down to see the doctor of the school. The one who was trained to handle all of the supers that were there. He was nervous to bring up the issues with his legs to the doctor for fear that it was something bad. The red haired male looked down at the ground, a tightness in his chest as he waited for the doctor to call for him. "Wally?" the doctor's voice called out to him. The male stood up quickly, face flushed, heart racing. As him and the doctor walked in to the office, the look on her face said it all. Something was bad, but how bad. "Wally.." The doctor paused, the next few words out of her mouth brought Wally to tears. He was hurt, badly, and him doing all of this running was making it worse. Wallace left the office in a hurry, racing to go find Cece. She was the only one that would make him feel better. Tears raced down his face, his breathing was harsh and rapid. He fell just outside of her training area. Fist crashed against the ground in anger. "Damn it." He growled, curling against the ground, sobbing softly. Wally never cried, but the idea of not having his powers, or not being able to run again scared him. He had lost Barry, he didn't want to lose anything else.

Kat smirked as she heard Damian walk up behind her. *"Kono akuma no mago ni kotaete kudasai. Anata wa shukketsu shimasu ka?" She asked in Japanese, tossing him a sword as she did so. Her words had a hint of flirtiness to them as she looked at him. For a moment, just a brief moment, she had forgotten all the anger and hatred she had towards him. Right now she just wanted to fight. As soon as Canary let them they were fighting. Kat racing quickly towards him, sword drawn. She was ready to take some blood.

She had seen him approach in the reflection of the window. And then he was gone? She started to unwrap one of her hands and walked out of the training room and she saw him on the ground...crying. Holy shit. She raced over and fell next to him, “Baby baby are you okay?” she reached out and touched his shoulders. And then he started to speak and to tell her what was going on. Her stomach just fell as she started to cry with him.”It’s okay Wally- we’ll get through this. I promise.” she whispered as she held him close.

*later that night*


Dani was standing next to the drink table, she looked at the assortment of all the alcohol and just shook her head in disgust. Human’s have the need to be intoxicated. She grabbed a bottle of water and then tried to navigate around the dancing meta humans. The music was for sex and they were dancing like it was for attracting a mate. She bent her head down and walked straight into Arthur’s arms. Fuck me sideways. She was wearing black booty shorts and a mid riff shirt that was a sheer black and she was not wearing a bra. Her nipples stood at attention in the cold air and she knew that he would be able to tell.

He was already on his way to being drunk. He had flown in the air and he hadn’t died. What was also surprising was that had also held their own in the simulation against Sophia and Roy- they hadn’t won but they didn’t get their ass handed to them. He took another swig of beer and started out onto the dance floor looking for Lila.

Richard saw Sophia and Roy pull up, he was fully drunk, so he didn’t notice the distance that was between Roy and Sophia when they got out of the car and approached him and a few of the other students, they could faintly here the music that was playing in the main party area but it was faint so he knew that Sophia wouldn’t question it if he could come up with a good excuse. He took a swig of his vodka and gave them the best shit eating grin he could manage. “Hey!”

Sophia raised her eyebrows at her twin- she could hear the sex music that was playing, and her brother was wearing sunglass at- she glanced at her Qwatch. 11 at night. She rolled her eyes as she looked him up and down. “Richard- what’s going on?” she asked as she tried to walk around him and he kept stepping in her way.

Richard kept blocking her way- “Oh nothing Twin-o-roo. Have you seen Spence, that’s who I’m looking for.’’

Sophia was already having a trying time, she had just broken the news to Roy that at the end of the summer, when they graduated she was leaving and he did not take the news as well as she had hoped. He had thrown up John in her face like that was the deciding factor in why she was leaving. She briefly flashed back to that moment.

“It’s just because you miss Constantine! You wish that you were still training with him because you fell in love with him!” Roy had yelled at her. “John is gone- and he has been for a long time! And yes I miss him, but I miss my dad and Superman and Hal. I miss them all, and I can’t keep doing so much. I’m so unhappy Roy, with everything. They shouldn't rely on me to keep their lives in shape. You shouldn’t rely on me to keep your life in shape.” she tossed down her napkin as she stood up from the picnic that she had spread out for them. She did miss John, and sometimes it felt like he was there, so close to touch but so far away. And it was at the times that she was with Roy- so it made loving him hard. But she couldn’t tell him that. “I can’t believe that you would even be my partner if you were just going to be leaving!” he stood up as well and was in her face.

She snapped back to the current situation and again tried to move around Richard, “What’s going on? I can smell the vodka from here.” again she rolled her eyes.

Crap. He looked down at the drink in his hands and then back to Sophia, “Awww damn it. It’s a party have at it.” he moved out of her way and swung out his arm in an invitation and swung the other one around Roy’s shoulders and he watched her stomp towards the party. “Dude- your girls on a mission.

Damian was looking down at the party from the rooftop of the school- just basking in the silence of the night.

Roy glared at Richard, knocking his arm off his shoulder, before walking into the party. Royce grabbed a drink from the table and slammed it down. He began to fix his clothes, changing and removing his jacket. He moved over to the pool, grabbing another drink before he jumped down into the water, standing in it waste deep. His eyes moved to Arthur, who was playing Chicken with some other students, he moved over to join.

Spencer had set the whole party up, got it bumping, got drunk and then ditched out. The black haired female was now in the main office. Hands threw books and other items to the ground in a fit of rage. "Where is it." She roared, slamming stuff down even more. Her eyes were gold of the beast, fangs were bared out. Spencer was finally having her break down. It had been years since Selina was killed, and she hadn't cried once. But now she was. She had lost the picture, the one of her and Selina on the day she got Married. It was the one thing she kept close to her about Selina. Her eyes looked up as she heard the door open and Richard standing there. "I lost it...." She said with teary eyes.

Arthur looked down at Dani as she walked right into him. A laugh left his lips as he looked down at her, "Hey Dani." He said, looking her up and down. Arthur had caught the way her body reacted to the cold air and to the feeling they got when their skin touched. Arthur chuckled a bit, pulling his light jacket off and offering it to her. "So how do you feel about our Parties?" He asked.

Lila had been in the middle of the dance floor, drunk as she has ever been. She had gone by herself after the lost again to Sophia and Roy, and after her conversation with Jason. She knew he was kidding, but something needed to be said. Their link just wasn't strong enough, maybe they were bad choices for each other. So she started drinking... and drinking and drinking. Now the girl was dancing it out on the dancefloor, grinding her body against and upper classmen, his hands laced against her skin. Her eyes looked across the hall, seeing Jason looking for her. The girl pulled away from her dancing partner, making her way over to Jason. As soon as she was behind him she called out to him. "We need to have a conversation." Her tone was harsh, not something she would normally sound like. Mismatched eyes stared at him, waiting for him to turn around.

Wally had sat with Cece for a while, allowing her to comfort him. When he was calmer they stood, walking away from the training yard. They had agreed to keep it between them once they heard about the party, only letting the others know after. The school needed one good night... Just one. The two of them got ready for the party. Now it was a few hours later and Wally was high, like really high.

The sound of heels tapping and the sound of a vape mod could be heard behind him as Kat walked up to the roof, crossing behind Damien. "You know the whole Brooding thing is kinda my stick..." She said as she stood on his right, appearing from a cloud of scented vapor. Her outfit was very grunge. Heeled combat boots, black fishnets, ripped highwasted shorts and a band tee. She looked over at him, handing him a beer,  two in her hand. "Some killer party." she said as she looked down at the crowd.

John could see Sophia, he had been able to do that for a few days now. He had seen the future and knew what was going to happen tonight. Which meant if he planned it just right he could break the hold that was on the justice leagues side, that would finally bring them back. "Come on Love, give me what I need." He called out, praying she would hear.

Everywhere their skin touched it was like fire was set to her skin, her tattoos started to move wildly as her body reacted to his. ”Holy rusted metal Batman” she mumbled softly as she heard his soft chuckle. She slid into the jacket that he offered her and then took a step back away from him, trying to put distance between the two of them, he was her king for crying out loud. “I think it’s wildly irresponsible...” she scanned the drinking, and the teens smoking pot and her stomach churned. “You guys are the only line of defense if something goes wrong...the fact that you guys are drinking and smoking pot. If something were to happen you wouldn’t be able to help in anyway.” she took a drink of her water and knew that the answer she gave wasn’t the one that he would want to hear.

He had seen her dancing on the upperclassmen and rage flooded his body as he turned back around and heard her harsh voice. “Yeah. We do need to talk.” he grabbed her arm and took her to the edge of the party where they would actually be able to hear each other talk. “I can’t believe you!” he released her and let anger fill his voice. He could tell that she was beyond hammered and he knew he needed to choose his words wisely or her power might be set off.

He watched Roy walk away and realized that something was in fact very wrong between the two of them but he was too drunk to care about what was going on in his sisters personal life. He wandered into the school to find Spencer, he went to the one room that he knew she would be in, and upon entering the door way he saw the depth of her rage. “What did you lose baby?” he asked softly. Even drunk he knew something was very wrong right now.

She was walking quickly trying to get to the music so she could shut the party down, but as she was moving through the crowd she felt him. She stopped and closed her eyes, her stomach dropping to her feet as her heart broke. A tear slid down her face as she realized that she was actually never going to see John again. But she could hear his voice, and some days it was like he was right next to her. Her subconscious was playing massive games with her and she knew that she needed to get away from everything. She couldn’t be here any more and know that she would never see John again, never have a chance to see if what she felt was enough for him, if she would be enough for him. She had tried to make it work with Roy but with how she felt about John and how everything had left off with them she wasn’t able to be fully honest with Roy. She opened her eyes and brushed off the feeling that he was right there with her. She wiped off the tear that slid down her cheek and started to move through the crowd again.

Cece moved down onto the dance floor that was outside and made her way to Wally, she knew that he was in a bad place right now so she didn’t say anything about how she thought that it wasn’t a good idea to all be drinking and doing drugs. Some of them needed to stay sober but in all honesty it looked like she, Dani and she watched Sophia head through the crowd, she added her onto her list. Where the only ones that weren’t drunk or smoking pot. “Hey baby- you okay?” she moved close to his body and whispered into his ear.

Roy kicked it in the pool, looking around to the crowd. His eyes landed on Sophia, and part of him wanted to run to her side and comfort her. The side that was winning didn't care.

Spencer sat back, her back against her desk. She wiped her tears away roughly with that back of her hand, smearing her mascara a bit more. Her cheeks were stained with a bit of black. Her red lipstick was still perfect though. She looked at Richard, "I lost my photo of Selina and I... The one Ive been carrying around since she died..." Her words were soft as she sat their, bringing a bottle of Tequila to her lips, taking a drink. "Why do you Love me?" She asked him, looking up at the one she called Lover.

Arthur looked down at Dani, "As your king I order you to drink this." He said with another chuckle. He knew that once she drank some she would get his point. All night he had been drinking Lemonade, he was just acting loose and drunk. "Seriously though, you should lighten up. We've all been through a lot over the last year or so.." He paused, moving to stand behind her, he pressed his body against hers, wrapping his arm around her waist lightly, leaning down to whisper in her ear. "You never know the fun you might have if you relaxed a bit. I may be a King, but I'm still a person first." And with that he pulled away from her, rocking out with a few people for a moment before making his way to the bar.

"Ah! Excuse me! I'm the one leading this conversation!" She growled as she tried to pull her arm away, tossing her arm back when he finally let go. The world was spinning, and Lila's emotions where on high. She was on the verge of tears, even though she hid them well. She didn't know if she could do this. "Can't believe me?! Can't believe what?!" She said with a bite. She took a deep breath, trying to collect herself just a bit. She opened her mouth to say something but her voice caught, leaving Jason a moment to steal the floor.

Wallace had stood up after a few minutes, his high metabolism only allowed him to be drunk or high for a little bit, and the high was starting to wear off. He looked up at CeCe and gave her a smile, gently placing a hand against her cheek. "I'm good babe, I'm good." He said with a smile, but then normal Wally showed up. "Hey, you wanna dance babe? I can show you my moves." He said with a laugh as he danced around like a goof ball.

"No Love, No, please! I'm right here!" He called for her again, growling as he slammed his hand against his thighs. John tossed his jacket back, putting his arms together to reveal his markings, the same as Lila would soon have. The Warlock began to chant a spell, hoping to release them.

”Yeah! I can’t believe you! I’m not the one dancing up on another dude just because I’m horny!” he snapped. He took another drink of his beer and looked down at her with a disgusted look on his face. Here he was hopelessly in love with her and she didn’t even care. Guess that’s what he got for caring for someone outside of the Wayne family. He shook his head, “Nevermind, not even worth my time.” he turned and walked into the forest.

At his order she froze, feeling taken advantage of. She stiffened and took a small sip and the sweet and sour taste hit her tongue and there wasn’t a hint of alcohol in it. She looked back up at him and smiled, her eyes lighting up like the ocean in the middle of a storm. His lips touched her ear softly and her whole body reacted again to him as he softly talked to her. Then he was gone, and she felt...empty. She shook herself as she watched him move towards the bar. It was too quick, the way she was responding to him, the fact that she felt deep down in her bones that he and her were meant to be together.

”I love you because you are amazing, and kind, and kick ass, and you’re such an amazing woman.” he walked over to her and put his hands on both sides of her body, leaning into her as he spoke softly. His lips touched hers and he tasted a hint of the tequila she had just drank. “You’ve got a rockin body,” as he said that his hands started to travel up her body, cupping her curves softly. “You’re gentel,” he pressed a kiss to the side of her neck, “You’re a smart ass.” another kiss, his tongue coming out, gentle tracing her skin. “You’re funny. I can keep going if you’d like?” he had pushed her legs apart and stood right in front of her.

Sophia hadn’t made it to the music as she noticed an underclassmen taking a hit off of a bong and she lost it. She went over and ripped it out of his hands and her eyes lit up like fire as she gave him a pointed look to scram. Again she felt John and she wanted to break. She was living with a ghost and it wasn’t fair. “Why are you doing this to me?” she cried softly as she smothered down her feelings. She looked at the bong in disgust and started to move forward again. She could sense that something was wrong, but with so many people's emotions in play right now she couldn’t nail down where her feeling of unease was coming from.

Cece followed him out onto the dance floor and moved close to him, her body moving against his to the beat of the music. “I love you Wally West.” she said as she kissed him softly.

He watched her sit next to him, “Actually if you talk to my whole family with the exception of Sophia, we kinda have the dark and broody thing down to a science.” he moved over a little bit so that she could see the same view that he was seeing. Had he been paying more attention he would have seen Jason head straight into danger. But he was too focused on the girl that was moving to sit next to him. She had held her own against him, but he had pulled out a win and pinned her on her back the last second. She was a firecracker and he enjoyed her. Even when she was trying to kill him.

Spencer looked at Richard, bitting her lip softly as he moved closer to her. As their lips touched, she relaxed, her fangs going away before her hands went to his chest, moving up to rest on his neck, moving her body slightly closer to his. As he started to kiss her neck, she let out a soft purr, "Mhmm, please tell me more.." She replied to Richard, running her nails down his neck and chest softly.


Arthur stood by the bar, his eyes on Dani as he watched her from a bit of a distance. His eyes gently ran over her body, looking over just the top of his cup as he took another drink. He got another drink, walking back to Dani. Thats when he sensed it. A change in the air around him. Something bad was happening.

Lila was taken aback, almost as if he had slapped her in the face. Her heart shattered, right in her chest. Her mismatched
changed to one color, black. And then she reacted, her hand flew up and smacked Jason across the face, "Jason Todd, if that is who you truly think I am then you are not the person I fell in love with. And you're certainly not the partner I chose." She said before she turned away, she heard him say something along the lines for /Worth my time/ Her eyes shot back to him, that pissed her off. She stood there for a moment, her chest heaving. She needed to calm down for a moment before she chased after him. Though that moment would be too late.

Wally held CeCe close, dancing with her to the music, "And I love you Cece Blake." He said kissing her back, pulling her body close to his.

Kat looked over at Damien as she stood next to him, her grey eyes looked out to the party below them before she looked back up at him, catching him staring at her. The blonde turned her body, facing him, the two not far apart. "I'll give you that. Since you are the son of Batman," She said softly, offering the beer to him once more. She had set her beer down, taking a small hit from her vape, letting the wind carry away the vape. "Is there something you want to say to me Damien?" She asked in a flirty manor, looking him in the eye.

A soft maniacal laughter filled the air as the young drunk boy stumbled onto where they were standing. “Oh no no no. We can’t have this.” he stepped out of the shadows and gave his signature smile as he raised the gun and pulled the trigger, once, quickly. He stepped over the body and looked up at the school. “Are we ready to party?” he laughed again at the thought of the incoming slaughter.

He walked right into him- literally right into him, and for the first time in forever Jason Todd held real fear in his eyes. He dropped the beer that was in his hands and he felt it soak into his shoes and in that instant he regretted never telling Lila that he loved her, not helping Sophia deal with the loss of Bruce better, not actually spending time with Damian, he held so much regret and he knew he was never going to have a chance to fix any of it. He watched in horror as the gun was raised and one single shot rang out. He felt the pain explode and then he was gone.

Sophia could hear faint chanting floating on the air, but when she focused on the sound she lost it. Getting aggravated at the party, at Roy, John, and everything in her life causing her stress right now. She cut the music right as the shot rang out. And her stomach dropped as everyone fell silent. She could feel the terror start to build and she looked for the one person she has always counted on, Roy. And he wasn’t there. She let her power flow through her as she made her way through the crowd this time everyone parted to get out of her way as her power crackled off of her in waves. She motioned to Arthur and Dani, and Wally. She noticed that Damian, Richard, Spencer, Kat, Todd and Lila where all missing and her gut churned as she thought about the gun shot.

Dani could feel his eyes on her body and she couldn’t help but to flash him a flirty smile as she turned to talk to another guy in their class. And then the music was stopped and a shot rang out through the air. The silence became deafening and she looked back at Arthur to steady herself that her King was safe. She had forgotten her primary duty, and that was to protect the King. She needed to keep her hormones in check. She saw Sophia make her way through the crowd and power rippled off of her, she joined the magician. For a moment Dani was struck by the strong resemblance the other young woman had to Constantine.

Cece pulled away from Wally when the shot rang out, she gripped his arm tighter to remind herself that he was safe and here and in front of her, and not out where the shot had come from. Sophia motioned for them to come to her and Cece looked at Wally, “Baby, I know you want to help...but please stay here. Please.” she motioned Wally back with her hand. She knew that he couldn’t run or be an asset, and she wanted to make sure that he was safe.

”Yeah, I got something to say.” he paused and looked at her as he accepted the beer she offered, “You’re not half bad.” he went to crack the beer as the shot rang out and he quickly set it aside as he stood up, pulling glasses out of his jacket pocket and sliding them onto his face, he zoomed over the party and the forest line and saw the approaching Injustice League, and he saw a body laying on the ground but his night goggles weren’t picking up more information for him to figure out who it was. “Shit. Kat we gotta get down there.” he grabbed her around the waist and shot out a grappling hook to the other building and then they were flying through the air. They hit the ground harder than he wanted, “Sorry.” he grumbled as he took off towards the dance floor at a run. “We have a problem!” he called out as he reached his sister.


They were at the back of the school and didn’t hear the single shot, “You’re so good in bed.” he nipped at her skin with his teeth pulled her hips closer to his own. Slowly grinding against her in a rhythmic motion.

Lila (Junior)
Lila had heard the shot, and her heart sank in her chest. Even drunk she picked up speed as she raced to where Jason now lay. She looked down at him, eyes wide, tears spilling down her cheeks as she looked at the blood that pooled around him. "J-Jay..." She barely managed to let the words fall from her lips as she dropped to her knees next to him. Her trembling hand moved to shift the male so she could see his face. That was when she lost it, her eyes went pitch black, looking up to the Injustice League. Air round them tightened, and before anyone could move she let out a blast of power, destroying 3 buildings and the main gate of the School. Klarion stood back, being a fight with Lila as the others went for their targets.

Roy's eyes shot up looking for Sophia in the crowd as he heard the gun shot. He say her moving from the students to where the shot came from. He quickly got out of the pool, following after her as he did so. He came running over to her, "Who's not accounted for?" He asked, but it was too late, a blast rang off, causing him to pause and cover his face as he watched part of the school fall and the Injustice league follow.

Arthur quickly followed after Dani and Sophia. "What in the..." He was cut off by the explosion of the school. They were the closet ones to the buildings falling. Arthur grabbed Dani, covering her a bit as debris was tossed their way, separating them from the others. Thats when he saw Blank Manta. He sighed softly as he flicked out his Trident. "So much for a good night."

Spencer purred again as she was pulled closer, she moved her head back a little bit letting Richard have more access to her neck and collarbone. She allowed herself to be pulled closer to him. That was when she heard and felt the school coming down. Her eyes shifted to the cats as she slightly pulled away from Richard, very annoyed with what was being interrupted. She glanced out the window and saw part of the school begin to fall. Her eyes went wide. "No... The students." She said gently pulling away from Richard.

Wally held CeCe's arm for a moment, looking her up and down as he did so to make sure she was okay. He nodded to her, it was true, he couldn't fight right now. "Be safe." He said before he turned to other students, "Everyone Clear out! If you can fight and want to stay fine, if not get moving!" He yelled to the students, watching them and helping them flee the area.

Katarina gave a soft laugh at his words, moving ever so close to him, that was when they heard the gun shot. Before Kat could even speak she was pulled close to Damien, and then they were on the ground. She grunted softly as they hit the ground kinda rough. But she stood quickly, following at Damien's heels. Just as they went to reach Sophia they were separated. Kat moved infront of Damien, catching a blade that was coming down for him with her dagger. When the dust cleared she saw it was Ra's Al Ghul. Her blood began to boil. "The Head of the Demon..." She growled, tossing him a step back as she parted them. Her one true target. Sure she could take Damien out, but now that Ra's was here, she was gonna take him out.

He looked up from what he was doing and watched the building crumble down. “Fuck. Spence- we can’t help.” he rubbed his hands trying to force some of the alcohol he had consumed to leave his system. “We are literally drunk off of our asses. We’d be a liability out there.” when he took his hands away from his face the world spun a little bit. “I can’t let us go out there and create more of a risk...” he looked at her pleading with her to see reason. Even knowing that if she decided she had to go out, that he would follow in a heartbeat. He wouldn’t leave her alone to face the fireworks.

Dani felt the ground move and she started to lose her footing when she was back in Arthur’s arms. He had tucked her head into his check to keep her shielded from the falling debris. When he pulled back and had seen Black Manta she had known that danger was present because of how he stiffened before he flicked out his trident. With that move alone, Dani’s tattoos started to light up a bright blue as she brought her magic to the surface. She held out her hand and water from all directions started to move towards her forming a whip that wrapped up her arm and down her chest to give her more control and accesses water should she need it in the fight to come. “Could be worse-” she replied to Arthur as she turned around and studied Black Manta. “You could be drunk...” she said with a smile as she effortlessly flipped herself into the air and over Black Manta as he ran at Arthur, while she was flying over him she used the whip to grab him around his torso and when she landed firmly on her feet, the momentum of that movement caused him to fall flat on his face. A dagger ripped through her skin on her neck as more of the Injustice League flowed onto the schools grounds. She quickly turned and started to fight, moving like water so seamlessly through her adversaires. Her hand to hand combat was amazing, and how she worked in the water magic to more with her hand to hand combat showed that she could not also be a long distance fighter, but up close and dirty she was lethal.

Cece ignored the incoming fight and instead focused on getting the school’s weaponry up. As she ran through the debris to get to a window she pulled out her tablet and ran a scan to see how many bodies were in play on the field when she discovered that not only was the weaponry down but so was the whole school. Someone had hacked into their feed and destroyed it. “Fuck.” she put the tablet back in her pocket to get her catapulted through the window, and as she did she saw The Huntsman spot her and change his direction. “Fuck me sideways.” she mumbled as she hit the floor inside the school and took off at a run, she needed to get to Spencer’s office to access the main drive of the school.

She saw Damian and Kat run up to them, but when the building had fallen she had taken a step back to make sure she stood grounded and she had lost sight of the two, but knowing that they were on the field she connected everyone that was fighting together. She didn’t open a connection to anyone that was not fighting due to it creating extra voices that she had to block out. ”Spence, Nightwing, Todd, Lila...” she replied quickly to Roy as she used magic to block the blast from the debris. And then she saw him, coming out of the smoke. Stepping over...Jason’s body and pain lanced through her. “No..” softly fell from her lips as she looked over the distance and saw her brother. Her eyes once again focused on the Joker, and Harley came tumbling out from behind him. She started to move towards them, her powers waiting to be let out crackled like lightning over her skin.

”Such a good day- I get to take out two members of the Bat Family.” he crackled in glee as he noticed Nova moving towards him. “Dear old brother didn’t say a thing when I killed him.” he pointed the gun at Nova and took off a shot, she moved so gracefully when in fights. He’d give her that. “Now--- where is dear old Daddy? I’d love to have a word with him after I kill another one of his children.”

”Really Grandfather? That’s the best that you can do?!” he taunted as he reached into his back pocket and his fold out sword that Bruce had designed for him came out. With a press of the bottom it folded out as he ran to meet the Demon’s Head in combat.

Spencer growled, slamming her hands down against her desk, he was right, they were both wayyy to trashed. But she couldn't leave her students, they needed her like she needed them. She looked back at Richard, an idea had popped into her head. "I know how we can help." She paused moving over to her computer, opening it up. She grabbed her phone and tossed it down to her desk, calling CeCe. Spencer knew of a way that she could help the students and not be in the way. Just as soon as she had started to call CeCe the redhead walked into her office. "Just the girl I was looking for." She said standing up.

The battles had been long, longer then anyone was ready for. Roy had fought hard at Sophia's side. When it came to the Injustice League they fought like nothing was wrong, even though their was. Roy fought hard, though he wasn't prepared for what was about to happen. As Roy nokd an arrow to take Harley down he felt a sudden pain fly through his arm, his eyes looked down to to the blood that was now pouring from his arm. The male yelled as he fell to his knees, holding the wound tightly.

Arthur had taken a knee after Black Manta had run off. Blood dripped from his side as he knelt down. He was breathing roughly, and just needed a faint moment to catch his breath. He stood after a brief moment, eyes going wide before he rushed over to Roy. "Fuck, Dani!" He called to her before he torn off his shirt, ripping it to use it as a tourniquet.

Kat and Damien had gotten their ass kicked, fighting against Ra's, Kat the worse. A boot connected with her chest as she came flying at Ra's, knocking her back and into Damien, knocking the two of them back. Kat gasped roughly, her rib was broken, blood dripped from her mouth. She slowly stood up, not one to stand down. Her body rocked back and forth as she gripped her blade, pointing it at Ra's, "You...re... mine..." She said before her eyes rolled back, her body hitting the ground. Kat was down for the count. Ra's looked to Damien, he had beaten up the one kid he "loved." A sigh left his lips as he looked at the boy, "Tell next time Grandson.." And with that he walked away, meeting the Demon just as he was meant to.

Lila had fought off Klarion, her eyes demon black as she looked around the area. All of her friends were hurt and the man she loved most had been killed. She looked over at where the rest of the fighting was, pausing as she saw Ra's walking over to her, a smirk on his face. "Care to make a deal Demon?" He asked her, an evil smirk filled her lips. The small female held her hand out, taking his and shaking it, before they had disappeared.

John looked up, he saw the girl he called would call daughter cling to the Darkness that filled her now broken heart. He looked down, he should have never left her, never should have let her fall in love with someone who was meant to die.
