Alexander 'Xander' Benedict moved from Phoenix Arizona to Grants Pass Oregon, but the house they move into is in the nearby forest. It looks like it was built yesterday but the locals say its been there for years. One night he dreams of a beautiful girl with raven black hair and sapphire blue eyes and she looks oddly familiar. The next day when he attends his high school, he meets the girl from his dreams, literately. Here name happens to be Sapphire but her last name is even more creepy; its his last name. But, when he walks home a man concealed by a cloak and gloves walks or glides towards him. But when he touches his shoulder, his hand felt......bony and cold. But what he says creeps him out even more. But the secret that Sapphire holds is more mind bogling and more scarier than any horror movie he's ever seen...because he's in one.

Xander walked back to the SUV. His family had stopped at a rest stop......again. "I swear," he said, "You have the smallest bladder known to man kind!" His dad looked back, "I do not! This time it was your mother!!!" Xander looked at him and sighed, "Haven't heard that one since we stopped at the 5th rest stop. No more monster energy drinks for you." he said. He looked up and closed his eyes. They were moving from Phoenix Arizona to some remote place called Grants Pass in Oregon. He didn't know why but it felt like something was watching him. He opened his eyes to see a robin staring down at him. He chuckled and looked at his sister, who was playing with what he thought was mud.
