--not to mention the rumor of the "Black Rider", who rides around Ikebukuro on a black bike that occasionally brays like a horse, and who is also rumored to have no head under its helmet.

Aww. You cute little thing~ you have no idea what you just into~
I, Hiromi, shall be your guide through all this madness~

Oh, and please try to avoid any flying objects such as signs and lamp posts.

Incase you didn't notice, we have a few... gangs in our, lovely town~
here's a brief description of all we have~

IN GENERAL:
-the gangs are called 'color gangs' and that's because they wear the color of there gang on them at all time.
-the dollars gang is a 'colorless' gang.
-anyone can join gangs.
-but, if you do, please be aware that the police will arrest you if they find you. ^^

now to get down to detail...

BLUE SQUARES.
The Blue Squares is a color gang that fought with the Yellow Scarves many times. Their conflict with the Yellow Scarves was orchestrated by Izaya Orihara and ultimately led to the downfall of both the Yellow Scarves and the Blue Squares.

YELLOW SCARVES.
The Yellow Scarves is a color gang that was started by a group of middle schoolers in Ikebukuro. The gang was famous for its rivalry against the Blue Square color gang. Members of the Yellow Scarves would be seen with a yellow bandana around their neck or any other yellow attire.

SAIKA ARMY.
erm, not really a 'gang', but we consider it one... I guess.
The Saika Army (AKA Slasher Army, Saikas) is a group of civilians who are possessed by the demonic sword, Saika. It got most of its members and power from the Slasher incidents in Ikebukuro. It's members mostly are not aware of the fact that they are possessed, and live normally, except when their "mother" calls out to them, or if they feel that something will greatly upset their mother unless they prevent it.
A person's eyes will glow red when they are currently under Saika's control.

DOLLARS.
The Dollars is an online colorless gang, whose name is derived from "dalla dalla" (meaning "useless" or "not doing anything"). Anyone could join but by invitation. The members would be given a password used to enter the main site. They'd be known as "invisible", or colorless". As the gang became more popular, people began using their name in order to commit crimes and do wrong.

POLICE FORCE.
Not... actually a gang, but i thought you should all know this.
The police force is roughly around 20 officers, with around 3 trainees. They are the eyes and ears of the place.
Wanna start a fight? Well, expect the police coming after you in 5 to 10 minutes.
....Just stay on their good side, okay?

- For those of you that have watched the entire Durarara series, try not to put out spoilers for those who have not.
- If you haven't watched the series, that's okay. But I recommend it.
- You cannot be the leader of an existing gang. They already have leaders.
- You may make your own gang (to Hiromi's dismay), but please don't use Yellow, Blue, or Colorless.
- Please try and fill out your form completely. Family, Love Interest, Affiliation and Chat Room name do not have to be filled in.
Please try to give us the history, even alittle goes a long way.
- Main Characters are playable by everyone. Just don't hog.
- If you wanna RP in the chat room, just use their chat name and--- well here's an example:

- Pictures can be used for the 'appearance' section.
- If you could be nice and lovely and put at the bottom of your form, your form in all it's glory in a code tag, that would be amazing.

It was one of those rare days in 'Bukuro for Hiromi. The weather was, fairly decent, the gangs seemed to slink away into their dark corners and the streets were buzzing with regular people and tourists. She sighed in content as she stretched, before resuming her walking through the busied streets. "Aaah... Today is the best day ever." She murmered to herself.

Ai was slowly walking through the crowd of people, she didn't know where she was, what part of the city she was in, or how she had gotten there, but that was slightly normal, at least for her. The yellow ribbon that was in her pink hair signaled that she was a member of the Yellow Scarves, and it kept her hair of her face. She took in a deep breath and exhaled slowly enjoying the nice day in Ikebukuro. "What to do. What to do?" she asked herself as she nimbly avoided running into someone.

She hates Izaya's guts as much as Shizuo does too. Needless to say, she could be the female version of Shizuo.

Karou walked around the city of Ikebukuro, cigarette in her mouth, sunglasses she 'borrowed' from her brother over her eyes, and her hand stuffed in her skirt pockets. She stopped walking and looked around her. She had wondered into a little park, the one where Yellow Scarves or Blue Squares usually hung out at but one normal people were here today. She smiled and looked up at the sky. It was a start of a nice day. "I just hope that he doesn't show up."

Ai saw a cop a few feet ahead of her and with a smile, she sailed past the cop like she was the Queen of said world. Maybe for some fun I could start a fight with a cop...nah, might not end up the way that I would like it to end up... Ai thought as she nimbly avoided a couple more collision of the human sort. "I really need something entertaining to do..." she sighed softly as she walked into a park.

Karou was sitting on a park bench, with one leg crossed over the other, cigarette in between 2 of her fingers and her eyes shut. She loved peace more than anything. Peace and quiet.....

Hiromi watched the girl past her, then turned, watching her leave and staring at the ribbon in the girl's hair. She growled lowly and kept walking. "Please, just let that be the only one." She murmered quietly.

Ai couldn't help but grin, she had felt the cop's gaze on her back and she knew that who ever the cop was, they now knew that she was part of something more than the average citizen. Ai really needed something to do and if starting a fight with some random stranger got that need taken care of then by golly she would do it.

Hiromi sighed heavily, grabbing her radio. "Yes? Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Awesome. Thanks." She growled again, turning on her heel and walking back, the way the girl had gone. So much for a great day...

Karou got up and scratched her head, "Lets see what Kasuka's been up to...." she said, while her other hand rummaged for her pack of cigarettes.

Ai looked around the packed park looking for someone that would fit her profile of someone to fight. They had to look like they could hold themselves in a fight, she didn't want to beat anyone up that couldn't hold out for a little while. She scanned the crowd of people quickly, never stopping in one spot, she didn't want that cop to spot her she she decided to come back this way. "Be more entertaining if she did..." she mumbled softly as she spotted a perfect candidate. A guy...wearing blue.She wouldn't have even thought anything of it, but he looked young, and he was wearing blue, not enough to draw a lot of attention, but he was being smart, like her. Only certain people would be able to tell what he was. A cop, or another gang. It was a smart move, one that she was using as well. She smiled as she walked towards him, she was like a hunter going after her prey.

Arriving at the park not a minute later, scanning the area. Well, looks like she'd be patrolling these parts alone. There was a good part to it though... "Karou!" She smiled apon seeing the blond-haired girl.

Karou stopped scratching her head and looked to see who had called her name. She found a familiar looking police woman and smiled, "Hey Hiromi! Haven't see you since you arrested Shizuo.... again." she said. She walked towards her, while lighting a cigarette. "Nice day today, huh?"

The small girl launched her self at the boy and tackled him to the ground. And than it was on, each fighting, one to live and the other for fun. The boy got in a lot of good hits, but so did she. She was grinning as the got back up to there feet and stopped rolling around in the dirt like little kids, the boy lashed out with his fist and than they were locked in a hand to hand combat battle. "Oh, come on, you can do better can't you?" she was starting to breath a little heavy. He was pretty good.

Hiromi laughed softly. "Haha... yeah." She looked up and smiled. "Yeah, it's lovely... Only..." She looked away, scanning the area. "I think some Yellow Scarves might be out to play..." As if on cue, she saw the fight. "Oh you gotta be kidding me." She cursed as she drew her gun and jogged over. "Hey!"

Karou spotted 2 people fighting. One of them had pink hair. She felt a vein pop out of her forehead and she looked for something to throw. Oh look, a sign. "Perfect." she said, walking towards it. Once she had ripped it out of the ground, she ran towards where Hiromi was and the fight. "Stop........ fighting!!!!!!!!!!" she yelled.
